Onshore Student Sentiment Tracker

Assist us in understanding your international students’ needs during crisis

Austrade, in collaboration with all state and territory study destination agencies, is launching the onshore student sentiment tracker. This project will survey onshore international students quarterly to better understand their specific issues so that we can better target our responses.

This tracker will assist in identifying the sources that international students use to get their information during crisis. The tracker will provide practical insights to assist agencies in improving their international student services.

There will be four quarterly surveys conducted which will establish a regular gauge of sentiment so that we can track through the response and recovery of the current COVID-19 crisis, and into the future beyond.

This endeavour will be undertaken in such a way as to demonstrate our care and concern for international students’ wellbeing and their viewpoints.

  • The first survey is live from Monday 6 July 9am AEST – Monday 27 July 9am AEST
  • Student participants who qualify and complete the survey will go into a draw to win 1 of 4 grocery e-gift cards, each to the value of AU$50. Terms & Conditions, apply.
