National Cabinet endorsed a six-month ban on evictions until September 2020 for tenants experiencing financial hardship

The Australian Government has support measures available to protect international students against eviction from rental properties on the same basis as offered to all people in Australia.

This information is valid as of 23 June 2020 with the ban on rental evictions in place until September 2020.
