Costs and funding for studying in Australia
I was very lucky to receive a scholarship for my tuition. I also worked while I was in Australia to pay for my room and board. My Australian school was very helpful in assisting me financially. It was definitely worth it.

Tuition fees
As an international student, you will have to pay tuition fees, just like you would pay fees in the US or Canada.
Study abroad costs
The cost of your study abroad experience will depend upon your method of enrolment.
- Direct enrolment - it generally costs less to directly enrol in a program or university, although this depends upon the institution
- Program providers - for a fee, program providers provide students with a variety of services and excursions, and usually assist in housing and transportation to Australia.
