Additional Information for AEI's Study in Australia website

NOTE - This form should only be completed by CRICOS registered institutions and other eligible organisations that have submitted the 'AEI Promotional Services Application Form' (pdf - 27kb) and been approved to access this service. This form allows you to submit additional information about your institution that will be displayed on AEI's Study in Australia website for international students.

When this form is completed click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page and the form will be sent to AEI where an officer will check the details and process accordingly.

It is preferred that you use this format for submitting information as it has been set up with parameters for displaying information on the SIA site correctly. It has also been set up with a maximum limit of 1,000 characters per field which is the optimum value for displaying information on the site. If you find any field is accepting a large amount of content please adjust the character total down accordingly.

Images:

If you wish to also have images displayed with this information on the Study in Australia website please send them separately by email to admin@studyinaustralia.gov.au, marked to the attention of 'Website Manager'. Images will greatly enhance the appearance of your information on the new site.

Specifications for images are:

  • in colour; and

  • consisting of:

    • one institution logo (transparent GIF format, 72 DPI);

    • and three images of your choice (JPEG format, 72 DPI).

Notes:

Providing information for any field is optional. If no information is entered into any particular field nothing will be displayed on the website for that field. To ensure we know that no information is being provided for any field please type 'Not Applicable or N/A' where appropriate.

However, to take advantage of this opportunity a complete set of information and images will greatly enhance the appearance of your additional information on the site.
