The Australian Government is pleased to announce the establishment of the Middle East and Gulf Australia Alumni (MEGAA) network, aimed at encouraging ongoing links between Australia and graduates of Australian institutions.
The UAE is the first chapter in the MEGAA network. MEGAA chapters in Oman, Jordan and Saudi Arabia are still under development.
Members of MEGAA will provide support and mentoring for prospective students, who are interested in exploring study opportunities in Australia, establish partnerships with local employers to help link graduates of Australian institutions with job opportunities in the Gulf and Middle East, and assist in building stronger bilateral business, cultural and trade relationships between Australian and the Gulf and Middle East.
Registration is FREE to all graduates of Australian education institutions.
